Brand Partner Refund Policy

The Brand Partner business is purchased following a 14 day free trial, therefore, there are no refunds permitted for the setup fees.

If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may request a refund of the last monthly hosting fee paid of $50 up to 30 days from the date that your card was charged.

In order to request a FULL refund of the $50 Monthly Service Fee only, you will need to contact the billing department at (888) 840-0796 or info@lucrazon.com.

Brand Partner Signup/Approval Process:

Those interested in becoming a Brand Partner go through a free trial that doesn’t require credit card information or financial data so he/she can evaluate the business, review the Back Office capabilities, and determine if selling Lucrazon’s Ecommerce System and Merchant Services is the right business for them.

If he/she is truly interested and dedicated to become a Brand Partner, they must go through a Background and Credit Check in order for him/her to receive their own Merchant Account. The Brand Partner must pass Underwriting guidelines according to Lucrazon’s banking relationships, and must sign a Merchant Agreement. In addition, their information is cross-checked to make sure they’re NOT on a Merchant Termination File.

Requirements for becoming a Brand Partner:

1. Be at least 18+ years old
2. Have a Social Security Number and Driver’s License
3. Own a Valid Credit Card
4. Own a Checking Account
5. Own a Computer or Laptop
6. Have Basic Computer Knowledge
7. Have access to the Internet
8. Have an Active Email Address
9. Have an Approved Domain Name

The Lucrazon system is designed for business owners only, therefore if the applicant is not approved for a Merchant Account, then the system will not allow him/her to make a payment and activate their business.

After they meet the requirements and the Merchant Account is approved and active, only then can he/she make a payment and activate their Brand Partner business.

The payment for selling Lucrazon technology and/or Ecommerce Businesses goes through the Brand Partner’s Merchant Account where funds are directly deposited into his/her Merchant Account within 24-48 hours. The cost is $1,000 one-time set up fee and $50 a month hosting.

After a Brand Partner conducts a business transaction, Lucrazon Global collects a set up fee and pays commissions based on the compensation plan.

Refund Policy Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Why am I not getting a full refund?
A1: Brand Partners are getting the full refund as stated in the Refund Policy that he/she electronically agreed to prior to activating the website and business, which is the last monthly hosting fee paid of $50.

He/She can request the full refund up to 30 days from the date the credit card was charged and via the Lucrazon Billing Department at (888) 840-0796 or info@lucrazon.com.
Q2: I didn’t agree to this Refund Policy. Where is this shown?
A2: All Brand Partners electronically agree to this same Refund Policy prior to activating their website and business. Without agreement, a Brand Partner cannot activate their website or business.
Q3: Why am I not getting a refund on the set-up fee?
A3: As the Brand Partner business is purchased after a 14-day free trial, a refund will only be given for the last paid monthly hosting fee of $50.

When a Brand Partner purchases a Brand Partner business, he/she is paying another Brand Partner directly and therefore, Lucrazon cannot give a refund on the set-up fee as the money is not in Lucrazon’s possession.
Q4: I don’t understand. When I pay another Brand Partner the $1,000 set-up fee, Lucrazon takes $800. Why can’t I get that money back then?
A4: Out of the $800, Lucrazon keeps a minority fraction to keep operations running and the rest is paid back out to the Brand Partner Global Network as outlined in the compensation plan and other places.
Q5: How long will it take for me to get the $50 refund?
A5: The Brand Partner can expect the full refund of $50 within 7 business days.
Q6: Why has my refund not been processed within 7 days?
A6: The process of closing a Brand Partner account requires multiple and time-consuming steps from both the Merchant Services and Underwriting Teams.

The delay is also caused by Brand Partners’ ACH Rejects, not informing Lucrazon of Bank Account information changes, and Credit/Debit Card rejects. All these factors affect every business in the Brand Partner network and necessitates that Lucrazon complete multiple checks to ensure the accuracy of information.
